What is SafeMe for business
SafeMe is a mobile app created by a licensed security agency. Your employees get round-the-clock support from Safety Assistants: with one tap they call for help or order an Observation of their route, and in case of danger the team immediately directs the appropriate services to their location. For the company it is a new category of benefit: instead of another discount card you give your team the feeling that someone is genuinely watching over their safety, at work and beyond. Between feeling unsafe and the moment emergency services can be called there is a gap, the so-called safety gap. The emergency number cannot help when nothing has happened yet. This gap is filled by the Safety Assistant: they stay in touch, keep assessing the situation and react immediately when the threat turns out to be real.
How the app works
Help
In a threatening situation one tap is enough. A Safety Assistant makes contact immediately, assesses the level of danger, advises what to do and, if needed, directs the appropriate services to the employee's location and coordinates the help.

Support around the clock. The Assistants are trained to handle crisis situations, work under pressure and support users in moments of extreme stress.

FAQ
Does the employer see the employees' location?
No. The location is available only to the Safety Assistant and only during an active report or route Observation. The admin panel is used solely to manage licences. The employer does not see who uses the app, when or where. User privacy is fully protected.
Can employees use the app privately, outside working hours?
Yes, and that is exactly the point. The protection works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, also during private journeys, evening returns, runs or taxi rides. The number of Help calls and route Observations is unlimited.
Does onboarding require our IT team?
No. The app does not require any integration with company systems. Employees receive a text message with a download link, and the administrator manages licences in a simple online panel. The whole onboarding takes a few days.
How does billing work and can we change the number of licences?
The service is billed with a monthly invoice, based on the number of employees covered. You can flexibly increase the number of licences, for example as your team grows or during seasonal peaks. The details are set out in the agreement.
How much does SafeMe for business cost?
From 100 users the price is £6.39 per person per month, and from 200 users it is £5.59 per person. For companies with more than 300 users we prepare a custom offer. Onboarding is free, and every licence includes unlimited use of the app.
