Is the app suitable for a teenager?
Yes. It's as simple as possible to use: one button calls Help, and route Observation starts in a few seconds. It's real support on the way to school, to practice or on evening trips home.
What happens when my child calls for help?
The request goes to a Safety Assistant, a trained security officer, who immediately contacts the child, assesses the situation and, if there's a threat, directs the right services to their location. The family doesn't have to make hard decisions under stress.
How does Observation work on the way home from school or a party?
The child chooses their destination and mode of transport in the app, and a Safety Assistant keeps an eye on the route in real time. If anything strays from the plan, they respond immediately and notify the services if needed.
Can I cover the whole family?
Yes. Family plans cover 3 or 5 people, and each of them has their own individual account linked to their phone number.
How much does SafeMe cost?
Your first 7 days are free. After that, access is £7.99 per month on the Personal plan. You can cover your loved ones with a Family plan: £20.97 per month for 3 people or £34.95 for 5, that's £6.99 per person. Pay for a year upfront and you pay for 10 months, with 2 months free.
