No. The interface is simple and clear, calling for help is one button, with no complicated menus. Once you call, a Safety Assistant takes care of everything.
What happens if I fall or feel unwell?
After you press the Help button, a Safety Assistant contacts you immediately, assesses the situation and, if needed, calls an ambulance, passing your location and details to the services.
Can I buy access for my parent?
Yes. A Family plan covers 3 or 5 people. Each person has their own account, and a Safety Assistant watches over their safety around the clock, so you don't have to be on call all the time.
Is help available at night and on holidays too?
Yes. Safety Assistants are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round, nationwide.
How much does SafeMe cost?
Your first 7 days are free. After that, access is £7.99 per month on the Personal plan. You can cover your loved ones with a Family plan: £20.97 per month for 3 people or £34.95 for 5, that's £6.99 per person. Pay for a year upfront and you pay for 10 months, with 2 months free.
